I use one sheet per load.. which would end up being more than most people would use if they did a full load in a regular washer. I have extremely sensitive skin and haven't had a problem. I also don't like a lot of scents but the kind that I use smells wonderful and I haven't had any problems with hives or rashes, thankfully. I suppose everyone is different. Sorry to hear that. It is very strong in smell and concentration. I looked at their website and it shows 10X concentrated!! I wouldn't recommend it!!
