  30. I generally don’t pay attention to fiber content. I eat cereal for breakfast every morning. I would incorporate this into my daily routine.

  31. My wife does the grocery shopping so I eat whatever she stocks the cupboards with. I have eaten Fiber One several times and this flavor will likely find its way onto the shelves of our pantry very soon.

    I try to eat whole grain breads to get fiber but know I need more.
