Here comes another tooth.. and more sleepless nights. I thought that maybe Vincent was teething still but I wasn’t sure. I thought maybe his attitude was from the two bottom teeth not poking through enough but I was wrong! It seems I think too much. Yesterday while we were playing he bit me [...]

I’m not going to give a review of this book or anything like that, simply because there are enough of them on the internet already. However, I will say that I did find this book very informative. It does contain quite a bit of information on all the things that can go wrong BUT [...]

Results from a recent study of 10-year-olds on the Isle of Wight by Brtish and US scientists found much better lung function in babies that were breastfed for at least four months.

The day you discover you are pregnant, once reality sets in and you completely understand that “this is really happening”, one of the first things that may run through your mind is “Will I be a good mom?”. It won’t be the last time you think that either. You’ll have 9 long months to [...]

Vincent had his 6 month well-baby check-up just a couple of weeks ago. I believe the shots he got were the Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis, Haemophilus Influenza Type B, Polio, Pneumococcal Conjugate, and Rotavirus. He had the 2nd of his Hep B shots at his 3 month check-up so he didn’t get another this time. [...]

At around 3 months of age I thought for sure my son was going to say “I love you”. He tried so hard to say it but he couldn’t manage the “lah” sound and the “you” was even harder. Just last month after 5 months of “kisses for my baby boy” on his cheek and [...]
