Results from a recent study of 10-year-olds on the Isle of Wight by Brtish and US scientists found much better lung function in babies that were breastfed for at least four months.
A total of 1,456 babies were followed all the way through to their 10th year to test this.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is doubling the amount of vitamin D it recommends for infants, children and adolescents.

The new recommendations include:
