Happify is probably one of the best sites you don’t know about! I’m a founding pioneer. I was invited to join quite some time ago. I can’t even begin to tell you all the ways the site has helped me. I was going through some really tough times when I first joined but after being a member for a while my attitude really started to change for the better.
According to Happify, happiness is a skill, one that is learned, that you can work on & improve. Scientists & Game designers came together to design the Happify site & as far as I’m concerned they really struck gold. I wish EVERYONE was required to be a member of Happify to be honest.
So what’s it about? You do little tasks each day, you set goals, you show appreciation & thanks, you talk about what makes you happy. You share the things you love. It really is a site you have to join yourself to understand. If you need some happiness in your life or just want more consider checking out Happify. There is nothing else like it out there.
