It’s October and that means Breast Cancer awareness month. We love Freschetta pizza’s around here that’s why I’m glad to announce that Freschetta are doing their part to support breast cancer research by presenting the Freschetta Proud To Support Pink program.  From September 25th – October 31st when you purchase specially marked-packages of Freschetta pizzas and Artisan pizza crusts you will be helping Freschetta reach their goal of a $50,000 donation to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Specially marked packages are printed with codes that you can enter at www.ProudToSupportPink.com  For each code you enter Freschetta will donate $1 to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center to support breast cancer research. (Up to $50,000).

The www.ProudToSupportPink.com website also has a place for people to share their breast cancer journey or the journey of a friend or loved one. The stories will be displayed on the site and on the Freschetta Facebook page to inspire all those who read them.

    I have read the post. Several women in my family have been diagnosed with breast cancer. This giveaway and everything else Freschetta is doing is a good way to raise awareness.

    To answer the question: my favorite toppings are sausage and pepperoni.

    Hi-I did read entire blog,and it is a good reason to be aware of and help with..
    my favorite pizza toppings are all veggies and cheese! loads of all veggies,and lots of cheese works for me :-}

    I love everything on my pizza! Everything that doesn’t include hickory or pork, because I’m allergic. Turkey pepperoni, beef, onions, green peppers, pineapples, jalapenos, red onions, fennel seeds, EVERYTHING! :)
