I think this is a fantastic idea! I grew up as an Army “brat” and was married to a Navy sailor – so I know first hand just how difficult it can be to maintain a marriage when one spouse is in the service!
well I am bawling like a baby…those reunions were so touching and the looks on the kids faces were priceless when they were surprised..this video also makes me angry because we should not have to donate for this, the gov should just PAY for it. they just leave the soldiers to deal with all of this on their own and that is unacceptable. I appreciate that this exists but it still makes me sad that its needed.
Most people don’t realize how war affects families. I think a video like this should be shown on TV. Thanks.

I think this is such a great video. My husband returns in less than 3 weeks from being deployed for a little over a year so this really hits home.
This is a touching video especially where the father is reading the Mickey book to his daughter through the TV. I’m glad that attention is being given to the difficulties that military husbands and wives may go through.
