With Father’s Day only yesterday we were reminded of all the men in our life that matter. Did you know that June is also Men’s Health Month?

A lot of us have dads, husbands, sons, brothers, or other grown men in our life that need a little nudging when it comes to taking care of their health. You know the kind, apprehensive to go to the Doctor, don’t eat their fruits and vegetables, don’t get the right amount of exercise. Well, we may not be able to force them to do things like eat their veggies, but we can encourage them, right?
