When I was in my last few months of pregnancy I really needed to up my fiber intake and I did a lot of research on it.   46. I take a supplement, and eat lots of fruits and veggies high in fiber. 🙂 Walnuts are my FAVORITE food to snack on and get extra fiber in for the day…well, I say favorite, but I haven’t tried this new cereal! Looks good!
