If you’re a fan of Pamper’s you know that this summer parents all across North America were prompted to share photos of their babies experiencing love, sleep, or play. Over 30,000 photos were submitted. Not long ago Pamper’s displayed them at an event they held at New York City’s Grand Terminal. My friend Maria over at toughcookiemommy.com who lives in New York had the chance to attend the event & reflect on her own memories of when she first became a new mother several years ago. I would love to win this for my baby girl. She’s been through a lot in the past year. She had heart surgery in January with lots of complications and is still seeing many specialists for her low birth weight, hearing and genetic deletion. She’s my perfectly imperfect little baby 🙂

This is for my only child, Lucas, who is 10 weeks old. He brings me joy everyday with his wide eyed personality, toothless grins and positive attitude. This diaper bag prize would be wonderful for my little boy expected on Christmas Eve. He is an unexpected surprise for my husband and I. Zach (my little boy) is the first baby for us both. My little princess was born at 31 weeks and only four pounds. She is growing bigger everyday and continuing to develop. I love watching each of her milestones like smiling, giggling, and sitting in her new bumbo seat! My little guy loves to play! I love watching the way he tries to do what his older brothers are doing. And he absolutely LOVES the outdoors.

My son has never been a good sleeper but recently started to sleep through the night which is fantastic but he still wakes up at 5am. The nice thing is he is happy to climb into my bed and cuddle with me until 7am!
My 9 month old son loves anything with sound or music. Whenever he picks up a toy he shakes it hoping it’ll make noise! I’ve got a little musician on my hands, just like his Daddy. We have also been using baby sign language and I love when he tries to use it to communicate. He’s started making up hand signs but I have no idea what they mean yet!

Well, I’m not a momma yet! We’re adopting privately and our baby is due March 14, so I really need this! I do have two nephews that I’ve spent so much time with. The oldest, now almost 7, has been a cuddle bug since the day he was born. He just wants to be with you! The youngest, 3, is a monster boy! LOL. He wants to play, wrestle, play “guys” and “army”. They’re so much fun and I can’t wait to welcome my new bundle of joy in March!!!!

I love watching my daughter play. She comes up with so many interesting ways to play with everyday toys and its amazing seeing her imagination at work.
My favorite moments with my daughter are usually when my husband takes the other kids somewhere and it is just her and I. We sit in the quiet house and just enjoy each others presence. I play peek a boo with her or we practice sitting. My favorite thing in the whole world to see is her smile. The best reward ever!

My daughter was born three months early and she constantly amazed me with how strong someone can be that is so incredibly tiny.

Eating time! It’s a special time for mom and baby to bond.
My grandson had a hard time sleeping until we figured out that if you wrap a blankie around your finger and lightly rub his cheek he falls right asleep.that is how I use to put my daughter asleep.

At six months old if you hug and make a sqeezing sound with my son he will put his little arms on yours and grunt as he hugs you back.

My son likes to sing or at least hum himself to sleep. So we will hum different songs. Until he drifts off.
