I’m excited to announce that as of February 22, 2011 Baby Einstein proudly added three new products to it’s Discovery Kits lineup – Baby Lullaby, Neptune’s Oceans & World of Rhythm.

If you were a reader here a couple months ago you’ll remember being introduced to the first 6 sets of Baby Einsteins Discovery Kits that were released in November 2010. I also posted excerpts from a virtual roundtable that I was a part of with Baby Einsteins Development expert, Dr. Karen Hill-Scott and general manager Susan McLain. Neptune’s Oceans Review

We just received our Discovery kit today, Neptune’s Ocean. It was a big hit here at the house. As you know I currently have a teething baby and a 2 year old with way too much energy so I was a little worried it wouldn’t go over too well. Amazingly everyone calmed down! Both of my kids loved watching the colorful fish and dolphins and my 2 year old was especially excited to see the Polar Bears. Of course the baby couldn’t express his opinion with words but by the way he was bouncing around in his chair and staring intently at the screen it was obvious he liked it.

The cards were also a big hit with my 2 year old. Even though he knew what a lot of the pictures were there were some that he didn’t, like the Sea Lion. Each card also contains facts and information that you can read to your child. Even though the Neptune’s Oceans kit is a level 2 I felt the information contained on the cards was more geared towards 2 years and up.

Level 3: Expression

World of Rhythm (releasing February 22, 2011) - Your little one will want to keep a beat, snap his fingers and march his feet! Join new characters Pillie, the musical woodpecker, and Coco, the dancing cockatoo, and share the excitement of rhythm with your baby. World of Rhythm explores rhythm in music, rhythm in nature and rhythm as a form of expression. It’s a fun way to encourage children to express themselves through singing, dancing, clapping and playing!

Earn Rewards For Purchasing Baby Einstein Products

In November, 2010, the Baby Einstein Company launched The Baby Einstein Rewards Program, a customer loyalty program created just for families and powered by Disney Movie Rewards. As part of this program, The Baby Einstein Company includes “Magic Codes” inside the packaging of every Discovery Kit for Baby Einstein Reward members to enter as part of their account and be able to earn and accrue reward points. Reward points can then later be redeemed for a variety of great products including strollers, baby bouncers, books, CDs, DVDs and more. The Baby Einstein Rewards Program is only valid for members who live in the U.S. and Canada and excludes Quebec.
